We have been informed that the former CEO of Enalasys has announced a “shareholders” meeting on February 4th. This meeting is not legal and we advise caution in interacting with Mr. Taylor.
We will be providing an update on the status of the Company's lawsuit against Mr. Taylor at the March 12th meeting. The trail date is set for April 3rd.
